Authority:

Contract between the County of Prince George and the Appomattox River Water Authority was signed September 8, 1964 and approved by the Board of Supervisors at the Board meeting of August 1, 1964.  Authority created through contract signed by Prince George County and Appomattox River Water Authority and including the localities of Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Dinwiddie and Petersburg.
