Applicants are preferred to have at least an Associates degree in Agriculture/Earth Sciences/Conservation or have an equivalent experience on-hand with related agricultural practices. A valid Virginia Drivers License and the ability to pass a Natural Resource Conservation Service security background check are essential to employment. Personability and self-motivation are required. Computer literacy is essential. The deadline for the submission of applications is Monday, June 13th. Persons hired will be primarily responsible for the implementation of the Virginia Agricultural Cost Share Program (VACS) within the Counties of Chesterfield and Prince George.
