Karate builds a positive self-image, teaches sportsmanship and self-defense, as well as aids in better fitness and concentration.

Classes are available for ages 6 - Adult.

Classes will be held Wednesday evenings from 6 PM - 7 PM every six weeks at Prince George Parks & Recreation Community Center (11100 Old Stage Rd., Prince George, VA 23875).

 The fee is $60 per person and is limited to (25) participants. 

Sensei Lisa Dean (804) 454-5179 will be leading Karate sessions.

Register May 20 - June 7, 2024 for Classes to be held June 12 - July 24, 2024.  There is NO CLASS on June 19 - Juneteenth Holiday.
