Bridge Repairs to Close Lone Oak Mill Road

Prince George, VA - The Virginia Department of Transportation will close the bridge over Wards Creek on Lone Oak Mill Road beginning Monday, May 8 for a bridge replacement project. The bridge is scheduled to reopen in late Winter 2023. For more information, read the VDOT press release. The following detour route will be in place:

Westbound – Lebanon Rd. (Rt. 611), turn left onto James River Dr. (Rt. 10), turn left onto Pole Run Rd. (Rt. 616), left onto Lone Oak
Mill Rd.(Rt. 658).

Eastbound – Pole Run Rd. (Rt. 616), turn right onto James River Dr. (Rt. 10), turn right onto Lebanon
Rd. (Rt. 611), right onto Lone Oak Mill Rd. (Rt. 658).
