Certificate of Excellence in Assessment Administration
Prince George, VA - The Prince George County Real Estate Assessor’s Office is proud to announce that it has been awarded the prestigious Certificate of Excellence in Assessment Administration (CEAA) from the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO). This esteemed recognition is bestowed upon governmental units involved in assessments that demonstrate exceptional integration of best practices in the workplace.
The CEAA program, known for its challenging and rigorous standards, aims to honor jurisdictions nationwide that exhibit outstanding performance and commitment to excellence in assessment administration. Prince George County joins an elite group of recipients of this accolade, as only 64 other counties and cities have received this recognition.
Furthermore, the achievement is particularly noteworthy as the County now stands alongside a select group of six other localities in Virginia that have attained this esteemed distinction. This recognition highlights the dedication and expertise of the Prince George County Real Estate Assessor’s team, who consistently strive to uphold the highest standards in their work.

The Prince George County Assessor’s Office will be officially presented with the CEAA at the upcoming IAAO Annual Conference at the end of August, where leaders and professionals in the assessment field gather to share knowledge and celebrate excellence.
