Routine Maintenance Notice: Temporary Service Interruption for
Citizen Self Service - Online Bill Payment Site October 17-18

Prince George County Treasurer's Office closed to the public on October 18.

Prince George, VA - The Prince George County Information Technology Department will conduct routine maintenance on the Citizen Self Service - Online Bill Payment website. As a result, there will be a temporary service interruption for the public on October 17 and October 18.

Starting from 5:00 PM on October 17, the Citizen Self Service sites will be unavailable to the public. This downtime is necessary to facilitate updates to the County's enterprise resource management system. On the morning of October 18, the Information Technology Department will install these updates, temporarily impacting online bill payment services. Online bill payments will not be accessible during the update process.

We anticipate that the system will be back online and fully operational before the close of business on October 18. However, please note that the Prince George County Treasurer's Office will be closed to the public on October 18. The office will resume normal operations and reopen at 8:30 AM on October 19.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this temporary service interruption and appreciate your patience and understanding during this maintenance period.
