Prince George, VA - Today we are thrilled to announce the launch of our innovative Property Sales Search Tool, a cutting-edge solution designed to transform the way our residents explore real estate opportunities and search for recent property sales and transfers. The Property Sales Search Tool utilizes information recorded in the Prince George County Courthouse and information gathered by the Real Estate Assessor's Office in their annual reassessment program. This innovative tool was developed in-house and represents a collaborative effort between our GIS and Information Technology Department and the Real Estate Assessor’s office.
 

The Property Sales Search Tool offers a comprehensive, accurate, and user-friendly platform that allows desktop users to discover, analyze, compare, and evaluate properties with ease. Key features of the tool include advanced mapping capabilities, detailed property information, and powerful search functionality. Information will be updated bi-monthly.

Prince George County will continue to refine the software to provide our residents with a seamless experience when accessing property information. A mobile-friendly version and a search-by-address feature are currently in development.
