Free Christmas Tree Recycling
Program Runs December 26, 2023 - January 16, 2024

Prince George, VA - The Prince George County Convenience Center, located at 3100 Union Brand Road, will offer daily Christmas Tree recycling for County residents at no charge. Recycling starts Tuesday, December 26, 2023, and runs through Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

Please remove all decorations from your trees and keep them separate from other household waste. No artificial trees will be accepted free of charge.  

Meridian Waste operates the Prince George Convenience Center and is typically open seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Convenience Center will close at 12:00 PM on Sunday, December 24, for the Christmas Holiday. The center will be closed on Christmas Day and reopen on December 26. They will also be closed on New Year's Day.
