Board of Supervisors Elects New Leadership

Prince George, VA - The Prince George County Board of Supervisors elected its leadership for 2024 at the Organizational Meeting held on January 2, 2024. Supervisor T.J. Webb was elected Chairman, and Supervisor Floyd M. Brown, Jr. was elected Vice Chairman. Chairman Webb represents District 2, and Vice Chairman Brown represents District 1.

Chairman Webb is beginning his 9th year on the Board of Supervisors. This will be his first stint as Chairman after serving as Vice Chairman in 2023. Vice Chairman Brown is beginning his 7th term after serving in multiple leadership posts.

As part of the organizational meeting, the Board of Supervisors finalized the 2024 meeting schedule and appointed individuals to the Crater Planning District Commission, Metropolitan Planning Commission, Virginia Gateway Region, Local Emergency Planning Committee, and Community Policy and Management Team.
